      download a program called pcsx2 (9.7 recommended)
      extract the iso from rar file config pcsx2 from here http://generationxdx.blogspot.in/2012/06/pcsx2-097-config-for-laptops.html
      or search on youtube then in pcsx2 open the iso image then start playing
      NOTE: this is not a pc game i hve compressed it to play on pc using pcsx2

      go to configure in pcxs2 then select pad 1 then click on any button and then press the key in keyboard to assign that key enjoy

      go to pcsx2 then to configure in that go to video and to plugin then at the bottom check the option edge anti aliasing (aa1) and thats it enjoy .... worked for me
